The easiest way into the Writers' Loft is to simply start receiving our email newsletter.
Sign up, and you'll be the first to know when we have new events and offerings.

Join a Group
Some of our groups are in person, but most are online. Anyone can join regardless of their membership status.
We have crit groups, reading groups, and productivity groups!
We ask (if you're not yet a member) to donate $10 when you come to a meeting to help with the costs of the tools used to run the groups! (Zoom, rent, etc.)
Don't see a group you need? You can help create one!
Become a Member
Go all in and join! We have two membership types, and depending on which one you choose, you get full access to the exclusive Loft online community forum (privately hosted; not on social media sites), or unlimited drop-ins to our space in Hudson MA.
Both memberships give a 10% discount on all workshops and classes, and publication opportunities like our latest anthology, Gnomes & Ungnomes!

More and more kidlit authors are looking to hire an illustrator, either because they have gotten rights back from a previously published book or are going indie. We have a special section of our exclusive online community focused on connecting illustrators, editors, copyeditors, etc. with people looking for those professionals.
